Dr. Azman Beras Wangi (organic in conversion)

This rice is farmed with the goal of converting a farming block in Tanjung Karang into an organic rice production area. This effort helps make local organic rice more available to the community and reduces relying on imported rice. Doctor-turned-farmer Dr Azman returned to his home village at Tanjung Karang, Selangor to work on his father’s paddy field in pursuit of healthier food production.
